Season of the Blossom

Updates April 2009…

Hi everyone! I am back, in a new year and a new season of rich and delicate blossom and what seems like days of sunshine… I was aware that this site had sat stagnent for too long, so I have deleted some of my older works and added some of my latest instead. They can be found under the pages PROSE and POETRY. I did, however, leave my Harry Potter fanfiction story up because I know people from hpff used to like it very much and some day I will finish it, it was my best fanfiction story yet.

If you are new, thanks for checking out my site and I hope you enjoy my writings! Please feel free to leave comments, they can be as anonymous as you like, the email address isn’t seen by anyone. August Update

Hey everyone! Thought it was time for an update of news seeing as I have been absent from this site in a while! Basically I have been very busy writing, not hp fanfiction, but my original story – the novel version of The Whistle Shell. It has completely caught me up and I’m having great fun with it, and have rather abandoned fanfiction for the moment. So yes, that will mean no more WCMA coming any time soon, despite me starting chapter 14 around a month ago. And therefore no more postings either, except perhaps random poetry, as I dont want to risk sharing my novel on the net. Sorry to those who were enjoying my writings! But I will be back to HP to complete all my stories in the future, just cant say when at the moment.

On another note, it was A level results day today! I achieved an alphabetical ABC, results that were not quite as good as I had hoped, but got me into the Uni I wanted to go to, on an almost as good course as the one I originally applied to.

So, that’s all from me for now! And thanks to all who have commented on this site and encouraged me to keep writing,

J’ai Finito Les Ysgol forever!!!

Well, I’ve done it! I’ve completed my last exam and left school forever! and i tell you it is the best feeling ever to know that i never have to go back!! Special thanks to Sue Jones, Geinor Evans and Mair Morgan for being such fantastic teachers and supporting me over the years; they kept me sane where i would otherwise have been driven mad! And now here, my lovely people and faithful readers, comes the summer of writing! I shall be updating ‘TROF’ very shortly, with its new banner and summary! * Followed by a new song-fic ‘Final Chance’. * A new short story ‘FotS’ in a completely unique narrative not seen before on hpff (or i highly doubt so anyway!). * A sequel to ‘Choice’. * The long awaited ‘WDHE?’. * And of course the last two chapters of ‘GPSDOP’. * Then (i know, tis a lot!) the completion of ‘AATY’. * And simultaneously WCMA alongside my own original works. (Some names shortened in case of plagiarism, but if you’re one of my regular readers you should know what they mean!)

If you’re still with me, help yourself to one of Molly’s special ‘Cakies’ for enduring my ramble! I am a tad overexcited by everything! I think now i had better get writing…

p.s the title of this post is in a mixture of French, Latin, Welsh and English, and one of my totally random sayings, I’m not really that bad at languages, honestly!

June Joys

Cuckoo Spit

Cuckoo spit they call it, that blob on the stem. Frothy, white and sticky, tiny bubbles at the hem. But poke around inside, ’tisn’t saliva, you will find! Just a tiny, gummy, slimy bug with nothin’ on its mind.

Lol! Heya everyone! time for my June update… and that was a random, fun little poem i came up with just now whilst sitting outside in the sun and staring at the buttercup and clover ridden grass outside the garage.

Anywho, current status for me and my writings… well, there’s only until next thursday, 11 days, til i can write full time again!!! yay!!! but on the downside, 2 tough exams, maths and english… still, i try my best!

So as some of you will know, i broke my writing ban last week to update ‘Giving Professor Snape a Dose of his Own Potion’ on hpff. If you havent read it yet i suggest you do so! though be ready for extreme hysterical laughter (or at least side aching chuckles) as it is rather crazy and comedic. Link to my page on hpff is up the top right side of my pages on this site, in the blogroll…

I have been uploading some of my older poems from as much as 8 years ago onto here… simply because i felt they were a good sample of my writings from across the years. There will be more on the way probably, i have a lot! I would post some of my enchanting short stories too, but i am afraid of burglary, and havent any security alarms or body guards employed yet. For this reason also, when i start writing my novels ‘The Whistle Shell’ and ‘Kite Girl’ again, i will not be posting the chapters online. However if you’re lucky, i may email out extracts to my most faithful fans!

On the hp side of things though, i shall be aiming to complete all wip’s on hpff, namingly GPSDOP and The Realms of Fiction, as well as bringing in several new one-shots. Then i shall work on WCMA alongside my own original novels. Any poetry or short descriptive pieces however, i shall post for your enjoyment!

March Update

Hello all!

I thought it was time for an update to let you know what is going on…

Well, my status is currently that i am winding down from fanfiction now until the 19th of June (my last A level exam) so that i can get the grades i need to get into the creative writing course that i want to do at university. This is proving hard to do though, i cannot go a whole evening without some form of fanfiction internet browsing! but i am slowly making it happen…

So, writings at the moment are zero, though i will tell you now that i have written the prologue for ‘The Whistle Shell‘, so that has been going good. Also, the third chapter of ‘Giving Professor Snape A Dose Of His Own Potion‘ (posted on hpff) is in progress, but due to exams, will not be finished for a while. The same goes for WCMA, which i know where i am going with, but have not had the chance to work on…

So that is my latest news! Sorry about the now pause in all writings, but it is important that i do this, wish me luck for my exams! Thanks for all your support… and i will see you again in the summer!

Hey All! (Updates, and commenting issues)

Hey everyone!

It has come into my notice that quite a lot of people have been saying that they don’t leave comments on here as they don’t want to leave an email address, and I can also see from my blog stats that i have reads from lots more people than those who leave me comments. If you are one of these people, please read this as there are two things you can do:

1) Leave your email anyway (Nobody sees it except me, and all I ever do with it at requests of readers is add you to my mailing list so you know when I have updated)

or

2) Make an email address up!! This does work you know, as nobody is checking to see if the email addresses are valid or not, and there are a few of my readers who leave false email addresses all the time, so there is nothing stopping you from doing that, and you are not alone!

 I hope this helps many of you who might have been worried about the whole leaving email thing when commenting, and will encourage you to start leaving comments, even if just one word! I do so love to know what you think of my writing…      Having said that, I would like to say thank you to all of you who do review constantly, it really does make me happy! And in case you were interested, reviews for this story now stand at 195 (including hpff when it was up there, and ff.net) I cannot thank you enough!!

Chapter 12 on its way, I have not forgotten it, merely been busy. And plans for my novel version of  ’The Whistle Shell’ are going very well! Though it would help if you could answer a question for me… which character name is better, Arthü or Talmëno?

Happy New Year!

Hello all! Thank you for checking out my page! I would like to wish you all a very happy 2008, and thank all of you who have been following my story ‘When Character Meets Actor’.

My writing goals for 2008 are as follows (although getting the required grades to get me into university so i can study creative writing is my main priority, and may slow up the writing just a bit): I aim to complete WCMA, which is coming along nicely, rapidly soaring up to 100 pages on word and nearing 50,000 words (chapter 11 coming soon!) as well as finish all my other incomplete fics on harrypotterfanfiction.com .

I also want to get a move on with some of my own original fiction stories. I have a novel that I have been planning out on paper and in my head for a while now, and this year i am going to start (and maybe finish) it. When i have chapters going, i will post them on this site for you to read, as it would be great to have the support for a non-fanfiction story! The short story version of this novel, ‘The Whistle Shell’, i wrote for my GCSE coursework two years ago, and i will be posting that on here shortly for you all to enjoy.
